Trim Carpenter

At Menno S. Martin, we look to our Trim Carpenters to be organized, confident, positive individuals who are skilled in both trade and problem solving. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and will take pride in providing a quality end product. The following experience and skills are required for this role:
  • Fit and install windows, doors, baseboards, crown mouldings and hardware
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, drywall and other materials
Our ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3+ years of residential renovation experience, and is a well rounded carpenter who puts an emphasis on framing and proven leadership skills.
