Feature Project – Waterloo Main Floor Renovation

We are excited to share our first feature project for 2018: A main floor renovation in Waterloo!

Completed in partnership with Timber Barn, we renovated the kitchen, dining room and powder room of this Waterloo home, from floor to ceiling.

Additions aren’t always the best solution

Originally, this project started out as an addition. However, after weighing our options, we decided that it would better suit the family’s needs to reorganize the layout, creating an open flow in their existing space. When working with a renovation company, it is important to find a team that will help you figure out the best solution, not just rush forward with what you assume is the logical choice. Often, we can find less expensive or less intrusive ways to help you create a home that is both welcoming and functional.

Noteworthy features:

Some of the features we love are the rustic, custom finished oak hardwood flooring and the built-in bread box with up-lift door hardware.
