At Menno S. Martin, we’ve built our reputation on creative, thoughtful additions, and with that same spirit, we’re thrilled to announce that Hayden Diamond is now a co-owner.

Hayden joined Team Menno in the fall of 2024 as a project manager and scheduler. Through his extensive experience, strong leadership and deep commitment to Putting People First, he has quickly built trust and lasting relationships with both our staff and clients.

With the expansion of our ownership team comes a new chapter for Trent. He will remain closely involved with Art and Hayden on stewarding Menno’s long-term growth and vision, and dedicate more time to travel and developing his art practice.

Putting People First is the cornerstone of our longevity, and with the strength of our incredible team and the guidance of Art, Trent, and Hayden, Menno will not only celebrate its 84th year in 2026, but continue to build a legacy that will carry us forward to 100 years and beyond!
