Martin to do throughout 2017 in celebration of our 75th year in business.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Focusing on giving back, Menno staff have been giving to their favourite charities all year long. Each &nbsp;staff member was given $500 to donate to the charity of their choice and we have been blogging about our donations since February and have a few more to share. In addition to supporting <a href=\"https:\/\/mennosmartin.com\/blog\/2017\/02\/reep-green-solutions-kitchener\/\">REEP Green Solutions<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/mennosmartin.com\/blog\/2017\/04\/hope-spring-cancer-support-centre\/\">Hope Springs Cancer Support Centre<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/mennosmartin.com\/blog\/2017\/05\/noah-working-centre\/\">NOAH and The Working Centre<\/a> and to <a href=\"https:\/\/mennosmartin.com\/blog\/2017\/11\/jeff-gives-back-mark-jeremy-share-love\/\">Rock Steady Boxing group in Niagara<\/a> that helps those battling Parkinson\u2019s Disease our team has also donated their funds to the following charitable organizations that are near and&nbsp;dear to them and their families:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/childhealth.ca\">Children&#8217;s Health Foundation<\/a> Cardiac Unit, London, Ontario Elmira Poppy Fund<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/friendsofhockey.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Friends of Hockey<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidsability.ca\">KidsAbility<br \/>\n<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/lakesidehopehouse.ca\">Lakeside Hope House<\/a> in Guelph<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/mcccanada.ca\/stories\/mcc-responds-irmas-devastation-cuba-haiti\">MCC &#8211; Hurricane Irma Relief for Haiti and Cuba<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mds.mennonite.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mennonite Disaster Services<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/michaelhouse.ca\">Michael House<br \/>\n<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.parkinson.ca\">Parkinson\u2019s Canada<br \/>\n<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sickkids.ca\">SickKids Toronto<\/a> &#8211; Scoliosis Clinic<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thresholdssupports.ca\">Thresholds Homes &amp; Support (Wellness &amp; Resident Counsel)<br \/>\n<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthywoolwich.org\/TWEEC.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TWEEC<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.woolwichcommunityservices.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Woolwich Community Services<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.woolwichcommunityservices.com\/Our_Programs.html\">Woolwich Kids and I Resource Centre<\/a><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s been a very fulfilling year watching <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mennosmartin.com\/meet-the-team.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Menno staff<\/a> give back to the organizations and groups that have supported them and their families. We all feel so fortunate that there are groups in our communities that can help us and others maneuver through rough times. Giving back is&nbsp;important to all of us at Menno S.
